I was hoping to have the pergola installed before the July 4th weekend. Since it had only arrived at Costco a couple of days earlier, I needed someone who was reliable, responsive, and able to complete the installation on short notice. These guys exceeded my expectations.
Communication was prompt from the very beginning. They arrived exactly on time, were professional throughout the installation, and completed the entire project in just a few hours. They were also incredibly friendly and courteous. After finishing the installation, they even helped move all of the empty boxes into my garage, which was a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.
What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They took the time to ensure every measurement was perfectly aligned and didn’t rush through the job. Even when it required extra time, they made sure the pergola was assembled exactly as specified in the manufacturer’s instructions. Their commitment to doing the job right—not just quickly—really stood out.
The finished pergola looks absolutely fantastic. I’ve already received numerous compliments from neighbors and friends about how great it looks and how professionally it was installed.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a pergola, gazebo, or similar outdoor structure. They arrived with a pickup truck fully equipped with every tool they could possibly need, and it was immediately obvious that this is what they do every day. Their experience, confidence, and craftsmanship were evident throughout the entire project.
