I had repairs need to an existing deck where the overhead porch posts were not supported and were beginning to sag and the existing joists were not secured with hangers at the outside connections. ZCT came out the day after calling and confirmed they could resolve the issue. Also, they recommended additional measures to make my deck even stronger. They finished the job today and I am extremely happy. I can now be confident my deck will be a place to relax comfortably for a long time. I definitely will be using ZCT to add on to my deck on the ground level in the near future. Great job!

I searched for two years for someone to repair rotting wood posts. Everyone wanted to tear the whole down and rebuild which was unnecessary. ZCT came out and inspected, explained and repaired the pergola. They were amazing
