Jacky did a wonderful job with my flooring. It has been about 1 year since he completed the work and the floors still look amazing and I have received many compliments about how nice they look. He was very kind and professional. He showed up on time and completed the job in the time expected. My only disappointment was that neither of our bathroom sinks was reinstalled properly and we experienced significant water damage to the wood of one of the sink cabinets. I did report this issue to Jackie and he was willing to go out to the home to reconnect but I had already taken care of the concern and ultimately had to hire a plumber to come out to reconnect it properly.

Mr. Guo did a great job in replacing my carpet with hardwood floors. He was very flexible with my schedule and even picked up my floors that I ordered from the store and brought them to my home. He was fast, efficient and very prompt. I will use his services again. Thank you!!
