Headshot Photography - Peachtree Corners 2019
Photos and Videos
I had a professional portrait made. The photo session went very well. Mr. Zayas was very friendly but very professional. We tried a variety of poses that resulted in almost 40 proofs for me to choose from. Picking six from that grouping that we liked the best was not easy for me and my family as we liked many of them . The proofs were delivered electronically very quickly following the shoot, and the final edits weere well done and delivered in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Zayas in the future should the need arise.Jan 11, 2019Verified

Our session was relaxed and comfortable. Being so at ease and willing to take suggestions made Frank ideal for photographing our family of five with two kiddos aged four and one. The photos turned out great, too!Jun 8, 2019VerifiedFrank Zayas Photography's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is based on these factors: Time on the job (including post-production), size of shoot (is it a simple headshot session or is it a multiple light location shoot that requires me to hire assistants). There is more to it than just showing up and taking photos. Depending on your type of shoot, there can be a lot of pre-planning, permitting in some cases, the shoot itself with assistants and maybe a make-up artist, the editing afterward, etc. It can take a lot of time and all that has to factor into the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I try to find out as much as I can about what the client needs and wants for their shoot. We will make suggestions and share ideas. I want the client to have as much input as possible so that we can collaborate and create images they will be happy with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? This is a dynamic profession and there is always something new to learn. I am a photography graduate of North GA Technical College. I competed in the collegiate Skills USA competition and won first place in Georgia and fourth in the nation with a Best in Show award at the national level. I am a PPA Certified Professional Photographer, currently closing in on earning a Master Photographer degree. I annually attend seminars, workshops and other events in order to constantly develop ways to better serve my clients and also, to gain more satisfaction out of my work. Our favorite event of the year is Imaging USA (kind of like DragonCon for photographers but without the costumes)! I spend 3-4 days studying under some of the great photographers in the industry. I have studied under such world-class photographers as Lou Freeman (Fashion & Glamour), Peter Hurley (king of the head shot), Gerry Ghionis (weddings) and Jason Lanier (Fashion).
