What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be very careful when agreeing to sign a furniture rental contract. Minimum rental is 3 months. Should your house sell within the first 30 days, you are still responsible for the remainder of the contract. Should you terminate 30 days out, you are then responsible for the following month. At Staged by Stephanie Lyn, all furniture/accessories remain on the property for 6 months or until the property is under contract, whichever occurs first.
