FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work, time involved, and materials needed. I focus on fair, honest pricing with no surprise fees. Smaller jobs may be priced hourly, while larger projects are typically quoted upfront. I’m always transparent about costs before starting, and I don’t upsell work that isn’t needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening and understanding what the customer actually needs, not just what the issue looks like on the surface. Once I have a clear picture, I explain the options, recommend the best approach, and give an honest expectation for timing and cost. If we move forward, I show up as scheduled, complete the work carefully, and make sure everything is clean, functional, and meets expectations before wrapping up. Communication stays clear throughout the process so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on, real-world work across repairs, maintenance, and property services. I learned by doing the work myself, solving problems as they come up, and holding myself to a high standard for quality and safety. I focus on practical, proven methods and doing the job correctly rather than cutting corners. In addition to hands-on experience, I hold several professional certifications, including ASHI, OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, Flagging and Rigging, and Public Safety. These certifications help ensure that my work is done safely, responsibly, and in line with current standards and regulations.
