In my point of view I feel like I provide more than other cleaning services. I also like to take my time to clean all my customers houses so they will be excited to come in and be able to say “wow I live here”! I like it when I see the smile on my customers face because they say their house looks good and smells fresh.

Nuffi did a wonderful job. We have a 3 story home and she took care of every room. She cleaned all the windows and wiped down the window sills. Bathrooms were shiny and bright. Floor vacuumed, hardwoods swept and mopped. She was also very accommodating of our Babies nap schedule and having to move around to different areas while he slept.

Nuffi came to our home and undertook a monumental task. We have a family of 7 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. She walked into a place that looked like a bomb had exploded send shrapnel comprised of life in every direction. She was such a huge help and we are beyond satisfied. ****** if I could and a 10/10.

Wife and I have thought about hiring a maid/cleaning service for awhile but we did not know where and who to hire. After googled it and requested a quote from Thumbtack, Nuffi replied me real fast. So we set up an appointment with her for a deep cleaning service and the process was real easy. Before the service we had no idea of what to expect, but Nuffi really took her time to clean the house and make it shine literally, including cleaning the webs by the high ceiling, shower doors and window blinds, toilets, sinks, stove and etc. Considering we have lots of stuffs at home, she really went further than I expexted. We are very happy with the result and will definitely hire Nuffi again and refer her to my friends and families.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For me it would depend on how big/small the house is and how dirty it is.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I go clean for new customers i would clean everything in the house unless the customer says there are areas they don't need cleaned. The areas I clean are : Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and other existing areas in the home. Additional things that will be cleaned included with the price given: baseboards, ceiling fans, floors, inside and outside cabinets, and dusting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In highschool I got a certificate for cleaning services and I would go clean after school. Also I used to work for a cleaning company a couple years ago.
