After some initial confusion on pricing, Nova was extremely responsive in scheduling a home cleaning. They were accommodating of my work schedule. At the last minute the team member assigned to me could not come on the scheduled day but I was quickly offered an alternative that worked. She arrived early and did a thorough, efficient job. The attention to detail like cleaning the top of hanging kitchen lights was impressive!! One bedroom/bath on the ground floor was missed but I think I communicated in a confusing way - plus it is a rarely used guest room. I will use this company again!! Very grateful. 🌸 I live in a 3-story townhome, 3 bed/3-1/2 bath, 2300 sq ft with cats.
