The cleaning lady who came out was very nice and did the standard stuff well, but missed several things, which required looking closely or a few minutes extra effort (I.e. slide out drawers in office to dust, wipe low-hanging chandelier, recline sofa seats to mop underneath, etc.) She did not remove and shake out our throw rugs, which I specifically requested (because of dog hair). I had to do this myself, and had to point out several missed areas along the way. The work was mediocre.

Kirk, Sorry for the confusion. We did offer the Deep cleaning and you choose to go with our standard cleaning which is the lower price. We also provided a checklist for our standard cleaning so you knew exactly what it covered. We spoke yesterday and you told me she was doing really well and explained the rug and how you did it yourself cause you felt it was too heavy. I thanked you and gave you a discount on the baseboards. Opening your business office drawers and cleaning them is considered a deep cleaning. Once again we are sorry for the confusion and would be willing to give you a discount on your next cleaning.
