- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small, local business. We don't carry business debt and we don't have a lot of overhead. That translates to big savings for our customers. Our pricing takes into account the overall size of the job, the current condition of the surfaces/areas and the finish quality that fits the customer’s budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we exchange general information on line I'm more than happy to have further discussions over the phone and even schedule an on site quote. I understand it’s important to be flexible to accommodate the needs of my customers.
