- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I might not be cheap nor expensive and that I can be flexible with pricing and always remember how the saying goes (you get why you pay for) and with me your paying for quality and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to walk the customer threw every step of the work I will be doing , and to give them opinions when asked for one to recommend the correct products needed for what they would want done, and in the process of it all also gain trust that can lead you along way when the trust is gained and kept
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this career you don’t really need much education, but don’t get me wrong iam well educated i do have much training in painting been doing it a very very long time.
