I am in the real estate business and I deal with contractors everyday. I’ve had my share of disappointments. I cannot express in words how difficult it is to find the right contractor. After 2 painting companies failed to give a quote on painting my home, I had to consult with a friend who recommended Villa Painting Solutions. I had to leave town on a business trip and left Villa Painting Solutions to paint while I was gone. Initially I was super nervous to not be there during the process but they were great with communication the entire time. Dioni was great and went above and beyond. He would even video call me to show the progress! I was pleasantly surprised when I got back home to find a beautiful freshly painted house. They are very professional and competitively priced. I think we have the best pricing hands down!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process… easy. We give a quote… it’s always a fair price… we don’t over charge. Customer decided to hire us. Our crew is out as soon as the next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m actually an accountant. I went to college in the Dominican Republic because I loved math and numbers. Turns out I also love painting… so I had to learn the hard way. Getting picked on and critiqued by the pro’s has shaped me.
