- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually based on the technical range of the project, hours involved in planning and execution, as well as materials needed. My first price is usually based on the amount of information that I’m given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a lot of information about what the customers ideas are and how their finish project Is to look. I try to get them to give me pictures to reduce on communication problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
