Leo is GREAT! He repaired a ceiling that had water damage . His communication was very professional , and the quality of his work was superb. He even gave me advise on my DIY projects. Most importantly… he came across as a genuine person and gave off positive energy and vibes!!!!

When I posted my job on Thumbtack, Leo was he first to reach out to me. Over text I specified what I wanted, sent a few pictures. Leo estmated a price for the entire job, not a minimum number of hours like some others, and set a date. He showed up, competently got to work, pointed out a couple other things that should be done, did those, and cleaned up. He explained all work completed, sent an invoice by email, and I paid online. Leo knew exactly what he was doing, I felt assured by his demeanor and would definitely use again.

My pricing is usually based on the technical range of the project, hours involved in planning and execution, as well as materials needed. My first price is usually based on the amount of information that I’m given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a lot of information about what the customers ideas are and how their finish project Is to look. I try to get them to give me pictures to reduce on communication problems.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had mentored under a Custom Glass Shower door installer a years which taught me many things but most of all to be precise and methodical about your work. I worked with several professionals in Different construction fields and for the last 20 years I have been a professional maintenance technician.
