What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees. $60/hour flat fee, everything included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will have a phone conversation to discuss the details of the job & coordinate a date and time. I always call 2 hours prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm. If you have an iPhone, I will share my location throughout the entire job. You don't pay until the job is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of moving experience.
