- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per session. 24 sessions minimum (12 weeks) One time payment of $2,400 for all sessions or Two separate monthly payments of $1,200 2 workout sessions a week with trainer. One session a week client must train on his/her own. 3X a week training. NO REFUNDS
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak via phone/person after client signs up. Then, schedule fitness assessment accompanied with workout to asses clients strengths and weakness. Once assessed, development of personalized workout program for client begins.
