This guy is the real deal. I’m hesitant to spread his name since it will mean I can’t monopolize his time :). Flexible and always shows up on time and knows exactly what he is doing. Working with Islam has helped me to improve my quality of life and I highly recommend his expertise in health and wellness and fitness. Before I started working out with him, I did not realize I was not eating enough, not getting enough nutritional value in the food I was eating, was not drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, and was not taking the vitamins my body needed to be healthy. Islam put me on a meal plan that fit my needs for what I was trying to accomplish. He recommended specific vitamins with exact dosages and provided me with information on where to buy them. He gave me advice on how many hours of sleep to get and how much water I should be drinking. Islam is very good at giving instructions and very particular about form during your workout to make sure you are are doing it correctly and not hurting yourself. I noticed that right away that set him different from other trainers I’ve had in the past. He’s extremely attentive and will notice right away if you need to adjust slightly. I have been working out with Islam for 5 days a week, for 5 weeks now, I have been sleeping more hours, drinking the right amount of water, I have been taking the vitamins for 3 weeks now, and am not perfect but have been eating much better and following my meal plan as much as I can. Here are some things that I have noticed: my hair and skin feel softer and healthier, my nails are growing long naturally! I have lost water weight and have gained a few lbs but I fit so much better in my clothes, I am getting lots of compliments from people I know asking me what I changed and that I visually look like I’ve lost weight. My face is softer and more hydrated looking and I don’t look so exhausted all the time like I was. I feel like I have more energy, I feel emotionally better and happier and I feel like I am getting strong! I still have a long way to go and am still working hard to achieve my goals but I am so glad to have such a knowledgeable and caring expert trainer who supports me in what I am trying to accomplish. If you are needing help with changing your life to a healthy lifestyle and want someone who is supportive to help you get there, Muscle Metrics is the right way to go!

    The rates are 50$ per session. 500$ per month for 3 sessions per week. 650$ per month for 4 sessions per week. 750$ per month for 5 sessions per week

    Usually I set a free of charge meeting with any new client for introduction and discussing the client goals and do the assessment

    I`m certified trainer by the ISSA and ACTION, I also been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years, I`m also a nationally ranked bodybuilder
