- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees. My pricing is fully transparent. You will receive a digital print release to print your photos on your own, but will also have the option of ordering prints directly through me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know a little about my customer as far as what their needs are. I make sure that come photoshoot day, we are all on the same page. I am upfront with my process from the beginning to the end. I believe no part of a photoshoot should come as a surprise to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed multiple courses online in both photography and photo editing software. In addition, I have experimented with techniques and shooting personally before thinking I could just start charging people to take pictures. I wanted to be sure I could offer a good product to my customers before I started shooting for profit.
