Rich managed my short term rental and made things run very smoothly for me as an owner. He took care of all the management issues and had a great relationship with all of the guests. His tools, reporting and platforms make things extremely easy to understand as an owner.

Rich is simply the Best at what he does, he has excellent organizational skills, and has this AirBnb thing down to a science.
He has the ability to quickly solve problems, which will save you a lot of time and effort.
I would hire his company again and recommend him to friends and family. His fees are higher than most but is definitely worth it.
