I wish to recommend Lambros PropertyManagement with no reservations. Michael and Jana operate a most efficient family business. I am an out of state property owner (California) and the service performed by Lambros Property has been superb. There communication is timely and their recommendations are firmly grounded on their thorough knowledge of the Georgia real estate market.
Do to my being out of state my Duplex had languished half empty for a year and half. With the excellent advice of Lambros Property we made the necessary repairs and updates and secured an excellent tenant for the vacant unit. Any owner needing a trusted propertymanager will be well served by retaining the services of Lambros PropertyManagement.

First of all, I want to mention that you came highly recommended to me from a neighbor's friend who was very impressed with you finding him a quality tenant. I've been a landlord for 31 years and what he said resonated with me. Something that I've learned and all seasoned landlords know is the most critical part of this business is finding quality tenants. During my tenure as a landlord I had been successful finding quality tenants, but finding a tenant this time for one of my desirable properties had become difficult. What normally took three days had stretched out to over a month without a tenant. Fortunately, I took the step to contact you and within two weeks you found me a quality tenant, just in time for the upcoming month. Your screening process and updates on perspective tenants were appreciated. I trusted Lambros PropertyManagement on many older, more experienced and more bigger PropertyManagement companies while handing over 2 of my properties for rental purpose. Initially, I was a little bit shaky and sceptical but the way Lambros did their job was remarkable and now I am proud of my choice and having peace of mind. I rented a condo for 6 months from one of Michael's properties he managed. He was always very timely and very responsive. I never felt cheated or out of the loop, everything was well documented. He was also friendly and helpful- everything you hope for and usually can't find in a propertymanager.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are honest and transparent. We do not tack on any ancillary fees on top of our monthly management fees like so many of our competitors do. We only charge 50% procurement fees. Plus we cap our monthly management fee at $100 (normally 8%). How many other PM companies put their pricing out in the open like this right up front for all to see?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try my best to understand exactly the goal of each new customer and how I can best utilize my knowledge and services to help them achieve said goals. We offer a free, no obligation rental analysis to each new customer and walk the property with the customer to see how we can maximize asset performance for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal education includes a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University. I obtained my real estate salespersons license in 2007 and my brokerage license in 2012 (the same year I opened my own real estate brokerage firm). I am a licensed Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as well as the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR) .
