What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, please know we manage property from past the airport to the north GA mountains, not just Buford. We run specials for our leasing services from time to time. We have three tiers to choose from with a leasing fee percentage that varies depending on the tier the owner chooses. We are happy to supply our fee schedule upon request.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the owner at the property and assess it to see if it needs any repairs and to evaluate the property for the rental amount that should be charged. We take professional style photos and post it on First Multiple Listing Service so it will go out to hundreds of other websites for lease. We are in constant contact with the owner to answer any questions they may have or to take care of anything they may request.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years f experience in the property management field. We are both licensed Realtors so we are very well versed on Georgia law, valuation of property, and we are able to assist if the owner decides to sell the property.
