If you need a vapor barrier and/or radon mitigation system installed, you MUST use AirSafe Environmental! They were incredible professionals who responded to my questions promptly and provided me time-sensitive documents regarding the vapor barrier and radon mitigation set-up required to close with my VA home-loan. I bought a house and when we closed our radon numbers were extremely high. When I contacted them they came right out and retested just to make sure that the numbers were still high... they were. At that point, we made a plan and set a date for the next week. Since I work nights and sleep during the day they suggested I not be home for the process because they thought the drilling would be too loud. I slept right through it all. Before they started they went over the placement of everything just to be sure we were on the same page. Started about 10 am and ended about 5 pm. Cleaned all debris and then gave me a quick overview of the system and what I should still see and hear. Personally, I don't understand any of it I just know I have a new level of protection against the radon gases that were leaking through the soil. After a few days, I couldn't remember what the liquid gauge meant and he went over it with me again. They have been so helpful, professional, and patient with my questions. I took pictures of the inside but the outside looks professional and like a part of the house. If you are looking for a company to mitigate your radon risk this is the company to choose!!!
