We had our arm chairs, couches and upstairs carpets cleaned by Charlotte Steamers. They were effective with communication, made payment easy and specifically Nikita and Nick were professional, informational and helpful in having our home furniture and carpets refreshed after a move. Julia did an amazing job cleaning the furniture in my office! Blue jean dye had transferred onto my white chair, and I was genuinely surprised she was able to remove it. She also got marker and general kiddo stains out of the couch and another chair. And everything smells amazing after the cleaning. I couldnt be happier and highly recommend Couch Steamers!
