Had a faucet installed by Cornerstone through Lowe's. Got a bunch of texts and emails allowing us to schedule at a time convenient to us. We didn't get any communication day of install, so 15 minutes prior to the end of the three hour window we call the number. Bottom line, the Cornerstone had the wrong #, couldn't call, etc. etc. Sent Joe out the next morning at 8 am, and 15 minutes later he was all done. Deducted one star for the one day delay (although I'm not sure where the disconnect happened.) Cornerstone definitely "Made it right" as soon as they could - but we had to take the initiative and track them down. Joe was great and we're happy with the purchase.

Got my service line leak fixed. Michael was great to work with. Couldn't recommend Cornerstone Plumbing enough. He patiently and honestly went over all my options, and the leak was quickly taken care of. Very high quality work and a pleasure to work with. Will be calling Cornerstone for all plumbing issues from now on.
