I found Shane and Paramount Plumbing via HomeAdvisor. He responded very quickly to my request for a quote, the price was fair - and while it was less than a couple of other plumbers, it was more than 1, but that one did not respond quickly to any requests. He arrived on time and replaced my water heater and the pressure relief value - as requested. He didn't try to up sell, which was refreshing. The work was done well, and he took the time to explain what he did and what to look for later, just in case an adjustment needs to be made. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Shane was amazing. Super responsive and respectful during the quote process. Professional, courteous, priced fairly, and most importantly he did an incredible job installing our new 80-gal water heater. I will use Shane and Paramount again for sure!
