I called Shane on a Monday morning about 8am, the day after a pipe on the hot water heater burst. I told him what I needed and he came over about 45 minutes later. He listened to my explaination, looked at the issue and promised to come back that afternoon with parts and tools to do the job. True to his word he came back and fixed the problem and corrected a previous bad repair job. He didnt just slap a band aid on it and take my money, he took the time and made the effort to fix it correctly! Then on his own tested our water pressure which was REALLY high and he felt likely the main cause of the pipe burst. He happily came out the next day after 6PM when most people wouldnt, and fixed the presssure valve! Shane WILL provide fantastic customer service, excellent repair work, and fair prices! Please take the time to call Shane at Paramount if you need plumbing repairs, you wont regret it!!!!!

Paramount plumbing was incredible. My hot water tank went out on Saturday. I was driving into work making frantic phone calls trying to find somebody to come in on Sunday to replace it. Paramount plumbing was the only one that got back to me quickly. When I was told that he would be here at 9:00 a.m. ready to replace it I was ecstatic. I was quite comfortable with the price that was "d to me the work was excellent he was here for a little over an hour done left and I was able to go to sleep after having a long night at work. I was not expecting to get this replaced any time soon expressione on weekend. I will definitely call Paramount for any other plumbing problems that I have in the future.
