- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a National Cost Estimating program to create my estimates. I also use the Means Residential Repair & Remodeling Costs pricing guide to help in my estimates. My labor price is always lower than their listed price allowing me to be more competitive and less expensive for my customer. High quality and low cost has paid off by having many repeat customers.

I make sure I understand what my customer really wants.

HUD approved Property Preservation Training course. Associate degree in Business Management and Supervisory Development.
