Hello, I’m sorry that you felt this way about our services. As we discussed before pricing includes the miscellaneous things we had to also purchase to complete the job. we try to be as tedious as possible when listing the material, but of course we cannot include every all parts because every job is different and during some jobs we find additional parts may be needed as we discussed before. Also, there were multiple items added that you did not get invoice for. The invoices were all corrected and we also attempted to go over them with you for any further understanding in which you said you were busy at the time and you understood them. Also, we attempted to correct any issues or concerns you had at the time also in which you said you did not have any concerns or issues. there was a conduit going down into the ground with wires internally, which was mistaken as the ground and wire was also inside during the job we discovered there was no grounding wire, and which we stopped and discussed with you about the findings and discussed on how to move forward. In which you said to install the grounding wire and we gave you the change order and you agreed upon it. Any other problems or concerns you did not discuss with us so we were unaware of any of them, but we will have taken care of them during the time if known. So this comes as a surprise to us but there again sorry that you felt this way about us and anything in the future we could do to help. Just let us know. Thank you.
