- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts on all military personnel & senior citizens. Yes, we have a standard based on what service the customer is searching for. Post-construction cleanup, floor waxing, & janitorial is based on square feet pricing, whereas housecleaning is based on rooms. Pressure-washing is based on levels & attachments to main body of the home & car lengths and/or square or linear feet. Carpet is based on square feet and/rooms depending on what type of carpet cleaning it is. Window cleaning is based on pieces of glass, screens, & height from ground or floor.Junk and/or debris removal is based on how many average truckloads it takes, or we predict it will take, to haul the specified items away from your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with them & I find out what type of services they are looking for & I ask several questions, so that I can provide them with an accurate quote. Then I either put them on the schedule or I inform them of some important things they should ask & look for when interviewing potential service contractors. Then I assign cleaning technicians to go to their home on the day & time specified. When I assign the jobs to our technicians, the customer is also notified every step of the way via text message and/or email. Once the technicians arrive, they walk around with the customer to see what things they are looking for and expect in a cleaning service, then they provide the service requested, then upon completion, they walk around with the customer to review their work to make sure the customer is completely satisfied, then the customer pays upon completion. Then we send a notification after completion thanking the customer for allowing us to provide the service and we hope they choose us again in the future.

Our business began in 1997 and our technicians each have years of experience & training in each of their own individual fields with the latest, and up-to-date, techniques and methods.
