I’ve been in business for 4 years and I’m trust worthy and pay attention to detail. I want my clients to know what they are buying when they purchase a home. I don’t want my clients to purchase a home and recently after the purchase get a expensive repair bill by surprise. I encourage clients to join me during the inspection if they are able to. Otherwise I’m set up digitally and can email the reports with pictures when I’m finished and also email the invoice and accept credit cards. Also first responders and military and senior citizens get a discount.

Taylor took a home inspection job for several rental properties , and then cancelled after receiving payment because he said didn’t realize that they were tenant occupied, even though I made it very clear from inception that he’d need to contact the property manager to coordinate times with the tenants. Waiting for a refund from him at this point

This guys in California and I’m doing the inspections in Warner Robins Georgia in a rough area and the tenants didn’t know i was coming and wouldn’t answer the door so I’m not getting shot for nobody! I did 3 on Monday and couldn’t get a answer at the door on Tuesday morning and said forget it! Rough area i didn’t feel safe in these unrest times! I had a guy walk up to me while in the kitchen on Monday and said who and what are you doing! Not cool at all!

Left and said he didn’t want it. Had to hire a last minute replacement to come from out of town and finish the job. Started out great but just out the Billie called and said it’s too much I’m leaving.
