- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general our pricing is lower since we live in Georgia and the cost of living is lower. We don’t charge extra for houses with pets, cleaning interior windows, two loads of laundry, changing sheets, and after the first time we always do something extra. As far as discounts; we give 10% off for monthly clients, 15% off for biweekly clients, and 20% off for weekly clients. For oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning we only charge five dollars for each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do a walk-through of the house so the client can explain to us what they would like done and we can explain to them what we do that’s included in my price. On rental turnovers and move-in move out we like the client to do a walk-through afterwords to ensure that they are satisfied. Junk removal is also offered as an add on. Both of us are very pet friendly!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work as a manager and hungry Howie’s so I have 11 years experience of commercial cleaning and I have done residential cleaning for 12 years now. I have also done over 30 rental turnovers and worked with several contractors. My employee was a military spouse and is quite accustomed to passing white glove inspections.
