Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have just completed a five year project which involved site visits to all of CHS (Community Health Systems) medical office buildings, nearly 1,200 locations, and creating up to date laser measured floor plans, calculating all leased areas using the BOMA standard, photo documenting each site, and building a secure online cloud database of drawings, PDF files, photos, and spreadsheets that are available 24-7-365.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It is very difficult to determine who is good at CAD. You can't just ask them. That is why we test every CAD person before we consider hiring them. We have a proven track record of 29 years in business working both in drafting and CAD programming. We may cost more per hour than the student working out of his parent's home but we are faster, more consistent, professional, and will be there tomorrow.
