This was my first time using Thumbtack. Scott responded to my project request to fix my gate of my outside fence in 5 minutes and fixed my fence that day. 5K Construction did a fantastic job replacing the gate on my fence and changing the location of the gate. Also replaced fence posts. The gate operates smoothly and looks beautiful! The crew worked quickly to get the job done. I highly recommend 5K Construction and look forward to working with them again in the future.

This was my first experience using Thumbtack. The process was quick and easy. I contacted Scott on Monday to repair my wood gate. He came out on Tuesday to look at the gate and returned in Wednesday to replace the gate. He also cleaned up and removed all of the debris from the ok’d gate. Scott is very friendly and professional. I will definitely call him for future projects.

My prices vary as I offer different services but overall, I like to speak with my customers to establish a connection. Then after taking a look at the project and reviewing the options, I can provide a price. Some repairs require more work than others and I want to make sure that you know everything involved, upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them, survey their project and get to know them better. I'm dedicated to the quality of my work as well as the satisfaction and happiness of my customers!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved building things and fixing things since I was a little kid. It's a passion that carries through my life and I love that I can use my talents to benefit my customers and help people with their needs.
