Had an issue with a large mammal getting into the soffit box on my house. Got in touch with Shinya, and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He came out the next day, verified the locality of the ingress, determined the animal was likely gone, and then gave me a quote to repair and exclude the entry point.
He and his associate did an awesome, thorough job at the price originally quoted. I couldn't be happier, would 100% call them back out if I needed anything else.

I never knew an exterminator could be so passionate and dedicated! Shinya is outstanding at what he does and is truly committed to his customers. We've been very very impressed with his follow-through. He did a full exclusion on our older home and came out on a weekly basis to re-seal holes, check traps, and make sure he was keeping those pesky little rats out of our crawlspace. He's super nice, trustworthy, and just an all around great guy. Worth every penny and then some! Thanks Shinya!

Shinya was great! He was able to schedule a visit to my property soon after calling him. He was on time and clearly knows his stuff. What I really liked was his complete understanding of my specific pest issue and willingness to resolve it. Shinya was efficient and explained all pertinent information to me. He came early. Did a full inspection an explained everything in detail. We agreed and on a price and he went to work. Above and beyond. That was 2 days ago and it appears the critter is gone as promised. If i had to i would use him again and would recommend to my neighbors and friends.
