Had an issue with a large mammal getting into the soffit box on my house. Got in touch with Shinya, and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He came out the next day, verified the locality of the ingress, determined the animal was likely gone, and then gave me a quote to repair and exclude the entry point. He and his associate did an awesome, thorough job at the price originally quoted. I couldn't be happier, would 100% call them back out if I needed anything else.
