Had an issue with a large mammal getting into the soffit box on my house. Got in touch with Shinya, and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone. He came out the next day, verified the locality of the ingress, determined the animal was likely gone, and then gave me a quote to repair and exclude the entry point.
He and his associate did an awesome, thorough job at the price originally quoted. I couldn't be happier, would 100% call them back out if I needed anything else.

Shinya was very knowledgeable and thorough on inspecting the house and explaining a course of action for two flying squirrels in our attic. He did the job on time and budget. He even goes above and beyond for his customers. He noticed many gutter guards missing on our second story, and offered to replace them while he was up there. He removed leaves from the gutter, and cobwebs on the second story windows. He finished the job by doing a complete clean up, and the lawn looked better than when he started. I would recommend Shinya's company for any issues with critters.

They did quality work on the wildlife exclusion project; I saw attention to detail in their performed work and warranty is included. The cost was reasonable too. The response time was great.
Hire them if you need their services, I don't see how you could go wrong.

He came early. Did a full inspection an explained everything in detail. We agreed and on a price and he went to work. Above and beyond. That was 2 days ago and it appears the critter is gone as promised. If i had to i would use him again and would recommend to my neighbors and friends.
