Our pricing is based on the size, condition, materials, and specific requirements of each project. We provide a free on-site inspection and a clear, detailed estimate before work begins. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. Special discounts may be available for first-time customers, multiple projects, or larger remodeling jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the customer’s project, goals, and preferred schedule. We then provide a free on-site inspection, take measurements and photos, and prepare a detailed written estimate. Once the scope of work is approved, we schedule the project, protect the property, maintain clear communication, and keep the work area organized. After completion, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our knowledge comes from extensive hands-on experience in residential remodeling and home improvement. We have practical training in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, tile installation, flooring, painting, drywall, framing, decks, fences, concrete, and general repairs. We continue improving our techniques and staying informed about professional materials, installation methods, and construction standards.
