120 Pest specializes in bed bug thermal heat treatments and traditional chemical treatments. All of our bed bug treatments are priced upfront and do not have any extra fee. Most treatments include a 90 day warranty. We also offer by the room bed bug treatments are available if your home qualifies.
We specialize in thermal heat treatments for your home, treating all of the rooms, furniture, beds, and most other items with chemical-free heat. This treatment is completed in 1 day and kills the bed bugs and eggs. This is the fastest and most effective way to get rid of your bed bugs. Our low prep techniques allow you to have your home treated within days after you contact us. This means you are not bagging up all of the clothes you own before the treatment.
We offer chemical-based treatments for the metro Atlanta area (distance restrictions apply). This treatment is a multi-step and multi-visit process that includes a warranty.
We believe in our process so much that our standard thermal heat bed bug guarantee for a home is 90 days and can be extended for up to one year.
We offer termite treatments, protection, WDIR letters for real estate transactions. We have a Supra key to make setting the appointment even easier. This key allows us to use the realtor box. All of our termite treatments include a renewable warranty.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices we quote are complete. We do not play games with a low initial price. All of our written quotes include the initial treatment, all of the follow-ups, any retreats if needed, and all materials needed for the entire warranty period. We do not have trip charges, follow up treatment charges, or any other add on charges.
We offer in-home confirmation inspections and quotes. We are happy to talk with you on the phone and explain the treatment and pricing. Any pricing that is given for bed bug work has assumptions built-in. Upon seeing the property the estimate may change.
Not all companies treat for bed bugs and termites the same way. It is important that when you get quotes you are comparing similar treatment strategies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk with each customer about their needs. Bed bugs and termites will require an inspection of your home. We will then explain the treatment options, provide written quotes and agreements, and schedule the treatment.
