The initial contact and follow up with Comfort was totally professional and on point. They gave me a time when to expect the service call (same day) and the tech called upon arrival. Top notch! Preston reviewed the issues we were having with A/C reaching our master bedroom and bath. He went right to work on implementing a number of tweaks to our system which improved the situation dramatically for an extremely reasonable price! This company did a great job. They charged a reasonable price to come out and unlike other companies they let you apply the service fee to the repair, so you don’t pay twice. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll use them again.

Jimmy was awesome. It took a couple of trips to determine the problem but they did fix the problem. This company is very responsive and gets to the job quickly. Most companies you are waiting for a couple of days even for emergencies. These guys respond quick!

I used Comfort Zone heating and cooling and received a good deal on replacing my a/c unit. A few months later, after their free inspection, my air stopped working and they quoted me $700/800 to fix whatever the issue was. It had not been 6 months since the unit was replaced, and it was working fine prior to them coming out, so that really pressed me off. My husband called another company out and was able to get my unit back running for $180. Comfort Zone was very professional but I think they tried to get over on me.
