Came down to the basement on a Saturday afternoon and discovered flooding. Called Premier and they dispatched an emergency weekend technician immediately. He arrived about an hour after my first call. The technician, Tommy Nation, was wonderful. He was polite and he throughly explained all my options with prices for repairing versus replacing, and the pros and cons of each. I have been a satisfied Premier customer for nine years. This was the first time Tommy was my technician but I will request him for my bi annual maintenance service as well.
