We provide upfront pricing on equipment and repairs so you can make an informed decision before any work begins. We also offer estimates, promotional savings and our Premier Comfort Club maintenance plan, and you’ll find current coupons on our website. If a repair or a new system doesn’t fit this month’s budget, financing for qualified customers can help spread the cost out over time. Contact our team to confirm which offers apply to your project and whether your appointment includes a service or diagnostic fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything starts with a conversation. Is the upstairs always too hot? Does the house feel muggy, or does the system run nonstop? Tell us what’s bugging you and we’ll set up a time to take a look. Your technician will check your system top to bottom and walk you through your options and pricing, with no pressure. If replacement makes sense, we’ll size the equipment for your home and talk through ways to make it more comfortable and efficient than it’s been in years. After installation, we test everything and show you how it all works. To keep it running at its best, our Premier Comfort Club includes spring and fall tune-ups, priority scheduling and member discounts. Ask us how to join.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are NATE- and EPA-certified, and they keep learning. Heating and cooling technology changes fast, especially heat pumps and indoor air quality systems, so ongoing training is part of the job here. You get a tech who can fix what’s broken and also help you figure out what will work best for your home and the way you live.
