The whole experience with Tri AC was a breath of fresh air compared to companies Ive had in the past: trustworthy, professional, clean, prompt, quality.Its hard to know if youre being lied to when youre not an expert, but their team explained everything so clearly, and the options ranging from short-term and cheap solutions to high end long term solutions and everything in between.Its the first time Ive felt like I was able to make a well informed decision with no doubts.Also, they took way more care to ensuring my house wasnt dirtied during the workfar better than some movers!

Absolutely AMAZING service! Called and had same day service. Put up with my venting as I was very frustrated with my AC unit. He called me when he was in route and when he arrived. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had been having issues with my AC for quite some time and he was able to find the solution quickly. Will continue to be doing business with him. I highly recommend him for all of your AC needs.

Great experience all around. The tech showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Even though our HVAC job isnt fully completed yet due to my home warranty company being useless, I wanted to leave a review because the experience with Tri-AC and Caleb has already been outstanding.Caleb has been professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my system, walked me through the options, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. His communication has been great, and hes clearly knowledgeable about what hes doing.Were still waiting on the final part of the job, but based on the service Ive received so far, I feel confident that everything will be handled the right way. Within the last 2 months Ive had the opportunity to do business with Caleb and TRI-AC. The first time was at my Moms and most recently at my sons. Each time I did my due diligence and received multiple quotes. He was the quickest to respond each time for an inspection and quote.
