We were pleased with our new deck built by 111 Grading & More. Randy had suggested Ipe decking, and we are very happy with the result. Great communication, tremendous patience, attention to detail, and a hard working and well-spoken crew. Randy was out there with them most of the time. It's a family-owned business and we enjoyed having them here working. We asked a lot of questions both before and during the work, and Randy was always responsive and provided thorough answers. We highly recommend and would hire them again. Good value.
