- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is quite competitive when compared to the open market. We want to provide our clients with a great service at a great price. We always offer a discount for a review on Thumbtack!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always first provide my clients with an accurate and professionally written proposal, detailing the specifics of the project. I then speak directly with the client to assure that they have a clear understanding of our process. Our crews are scheduled and the work is completed in a timely and workman-like manner, according to the proposal. We then schedule a walk-around with the client, assuring all areas are completed and satisfactory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a proud graduate of Kennesaw State University and I have worked in the construction industry for my entire professional career.
