I hired Upside when I moved into my new home surrounded by woods and needed to bugs to be gone. It was a breeze to setup and the lady I spoke to was very pleasant. We had treatment indoor and outdoors as well as mosquito fogging in the yard. Their product is green so it gives me peace of mind around my pets and family. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We perform a thorough inspection to identify what pest issues at the property. We go over a detailed treatment plan to educate the customer about what to expect. Then we use our integrated pest management plan to target any pest issues.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully license and insured as required by the Dept of Agriculture. We have over 15 years combined experience in the industry. We have the knowledge and expertise to handle any pest issues.
