FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start every project with an on-site assessment so we can see the actual scope of work before quoting a price. After that walkthrough, we provide a written estimate that breaks down materials and labor, so there are no surprises once work begins. Pricing depends on project size, materials selected, and site conditions — a small drywall patch is priced very differently than a full bathroom renovation. We're happy to explain the estimate line by line before you decide to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out, we ask for a few photos, your ZIP code, and a short description of the work so we can prepare for the visit. From there we schedule an on-site assessment to look at the space, take measurements, and discuss what you're hoping to achieve. You'll receive a written estimate outlining the scope, materials, and cost. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated on progress and timeline until the project is complete.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners, landlords, and property managers across North Georgia and Metro Atlanta, along with small commercial clients such as retail spaces and office buildings. Projects range from single-room repairs and rental turnovers between tenants to full kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations. We also handle punch-list and inspection-report items for real estate transactions. If it involves repair, renovation, or property upkeep, it's likely something we can help with.
