What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to see the actual problem before I give a quote. That gives me a chance to see any problems I might run into. It also lets me tell the customer what to expect for the end result or possibly offer a different solution.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked in building maintenance for over 20 years, commercial and residential. I started working with other firemen on our off days, then worked in small and large office buildings doing everything from plumbing to electrical to furniture assembly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both commercial and residential. Homeowners and business people.
