- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the project rather than charging an hourly rate. I think this works out best for the customer and for myself. I prefer for my customer to know how much their project will cost before I arrive. That being said, I do have a minimum charge of $125.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to gather as much information as possible about the project and pictures are a big help. I'm able to estimate the costs of 90% of projects thru text, email, pics, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is of the "hand-on" variety. I have completed so many home improvement projects thru the years that I have gained a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge.
