I had an outstanding experience with ZCT for my deckrepair. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and came out quickly to assess the issue. My deck was in really unsafe condition, but they put together a clear, thoughtful game plan to get it repaired properly. Alim was fantastic throughout the entire process—he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was going on. When additional issues came up, he took the time to explain them and walk me through the solutions. Even more impressive, they fixed a few extra problems without charging me anything additional.
On top of that, their pricing came in thousands less than another estimate I had received, which made the decision even easier.
Now my deck is safe, looks great, and I have total peace of mind. ZCT did an amazing job, and they’ve definitely earned my trust. They’ll be my go-to for any future deckrepairs—highly recommend giving them a shot. I’m really glad I did!
