This company was initially very responsive, and they came out fairly quickly to fix my wood planks. However, I tried reaching out to them afterward as I had a couple of issues with some of the wood planks installed, and they won't return my phone calls. 😒 therefore, I can't really recommend them due to their poor customer service after the initial install.
