- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet and speak with new customers. When a new customer requests a price for our service, we typically call the customer to discuss some the needs they have and set up a meeting at their home. When meeting at our customer's residence, we discuss the particular areas of the home we will service and ensure that any questions or concerns our customer have are addressed. Payment is accepted upon completion of the service or we can bill our recurring customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have a passion for serving others. With over 25 years of combined service experience, serving and helping others is our life passion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers are people who desire to remove harmful chemicals from their home. Some are long time advocates for a cleaner/greener tomorrow. Others are new to the practices of a nontoxic lifestyle. Green 2 Kleen is happy to work with all customers and exchange ideas and discussions on cleaning for a greener tomorrow.
