- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ProPerformance Cleaning offers competitive pricing on both residential and commercial cleaning projects. Our main priority is providing our customers with an excellent cleaning experience from start to finish. Please also ask us about our special discount pricing on customers looking for residential or commercial painting thru our sister company ProPerformance Painting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have discussed the details of the cleaning project, our office will confirm a cleaning day and time. We strive to accommodate our clients' busy schedules and are committed to providing as many workable days and times as possible. Our housekeepers then arrive on time for the cleaning, unload supplies, and begin the cleaning process. Most of our cleaning jobs take about 1-3 hours to complete (depending on house size, scope of work, etc.). Once we are finished, we provide our clients with a walk-thru and an invoice. Our office will arrange a convenient time to collect payment, and depart for our next cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team at ProPerformance Cleaning are trained professionals and provide our clients with quality, safe home or office cleanings. Our housekeepers are inundated with the industry's most up-to-date cleaning and safety protocols, as well as adhering to the CDC's latest COVID-19 safety measures.
